Allegro is going to move its headquarters to Q22. The new office of the company will occupy 7600 sq. m of office area in a 155-meter-high skyscraper. The leader in the e-commerce industry will be one of the biggest tenants in the building, whereas Q22 will be the only headquarters of the company in the capital of the country. Warsaw is one of the crucial business locations for us. Similarly to other cities where we have our offices – Poznań, Toruń, Cracow and Wrocław – we invest in Warsaw in modern and innovative office areas. We believe that the new office in Q22 will inspire and support creativity of our employees. For companies of new technologies, especially for such ones as Allegro, the fact of having an office such as the one that we plan to create in Q22, is also crucial from the perspective of gaining and keeping the best experts on the market – says Paweł Klimiuk, Chairman of Corporate Communication, Allegro.

The confirmation of position and prestige of each investment are their tenants. Therefore, I am even more glad that we managed to finalize a contract with such a demanding client. I am convinced that employees of Allegro will appreciate the solutions suggested by our company, which will translate on comfort of their work – comments Michał Żelski, Senior Leasing Manager, Department of Offices, Echo Investment.

Allegro was advised by experts of Knight Frank during the process of searching for a new location for the Warsaw office. At present, tenants on the Warsaw market have a broad choice of office areas. Allegro decided to relocate their registered office to Q22 due to a convenient location and high quality of the investment. Our client is increasing the employment in Warsaw due to development and thus – except for size of desired area – we have been searching for a building which can provide attractive and innovative service resources for such a successively operating company as Allegro – says Bartek Włodarski, Chairman in Department of Tenant Representation, Knight Frank.

Q22 is currently being realized in the business center of Warsaw at the crossroads of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. It will offer more than 50 000 sq. m of office area. The ground floor will be occupied by a representative and glazed lobby whereas office premises will be located on the floors from 2nd to 14th and from 18th to 39th. The remaining part, that is the levels 14-17, was intended for special functions, e.g. conference center, fitness club or restaurants. The structure received the BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level with the result of 79.1 per cent, which is one of the highest grades in this category in Poland. The project of the building was devised by the architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates in cooperation with Buro Happold Poland. Echo Investment is both investor and developer of the project.
