Five projects by MARS FIZ shown in Cannes

Nowy Świat 2.0 in Warsaw
The closed-end investment fund MARS will show its five investments at this year’s edition of MIPIM fair in France.

The fund MARS will show five investments at the 25th edition of the MIPIM fair: Warsaw office blocks Nowy Świat 2.0 and EQlibrium, office and residential buildings Stacja Kazimierz and Nasza Wola, under construction in Wola district in Warsaw and Gdynia Waterfront investment. All these projects are implemented by developer companies, whose main shareholder is MARS FIZ.

The office building Nowy Świat 2.0 is being built on the most expensive commercial street in the capital city - Nowy Świat Street. In its vicinity there are, among others, Warsaw Stock Exchange, Banking and Financial Centre and Three Crosses Square. The office block will offer 4113 sq. m of space on five floors. In the building, there will also be commercial space and underground car park for about 160 vehicles. The investment is implemented by Banking and Financial Centre Nowy Świat. The project is to be put into use in the second quarter of 2015.

The second office block, which will be shown by the Fund at MIPIM, is EQlibrium, which will be built at the intersection of Jana Kazimierza and Ordona Street in Wola district in Warsaw. The project involves making two interconnected blocks (11- and 6-storey) which will offer a total of 9788 sq. m of office and commercial space. On two underground floors there will be a car park for 140 vehicles. The date of finishing the construction works is scheduled for the first half of 2016. The investment is the first independent developer project by Grupa Waryński.

Nowy Świat 2.0 and EQlibrium are our two flagship office investments. We are proud to show them at the largest real estate industry event. In Europe, there is no better place to present the investment offer of MRS FIZ than Cannes and Munich. Participation in these prestigious fair is a perfect opportunity for us to make international investors familiar with our projects, as well as to establish contact with potential business partners, commented Tomasz Lewandowski, Managing Director of Real Estate Assets in Mutual Funds Society Join Stock Company, which manages the MARS FIZ fund.

The fund will show also two office and residential investments: Stacja Kazimierz and Nasza Wola, both being built in Wola district in Warsaw.

The last project, which will be shown by MARS in France, is Gdynia Waterfront. The investment is to be built in the immediate vicinity of Kościuszki Square, Sea Towers and Gemini Shopping Centre in Gdynia. Within the frames of the project, service, residential and office space will be built. Currently, MARS FIZ is negotiating in order to select the buyer of the land or a business partner for the cooperation on the investment.
