Macmillan Poland is about to rent an office of the size amounting to ca. 700 sq. m in Jerozolimskie Business Park in Warsaw.
Macmillan Poland is a publisher of English textbooks. The company belongs to one of the biggest editorial group in the world, that is Springer Nature. It has been publishing student’s books as well as didactic and methodology books available both in stationary bookshops and Internet shops for many years in Poland. It is also a deliverer of digital solutions for education and the highest quality training courses for teachers.
Macmillan Poland has been operating in Jerozolimskie Business Park since 2013. The renewal of the contract was made due to, for instance, the attractive conditions offered in the complex after its former revitalization; the interiors of the buildings were thoroughly modernized and a public relaxation zone was arranged around the complex – says Justyna Szymczak, the negotiator in the department of tenant, Knight Frank.
Jerozolimskie Business Park is an office complex managed by Apollo – Rida Poland. It comprises of four small buildings. The total area of the complex amounts to 17 000 sq. m.
