HBO joined the group of office tenants in the building situated at Plac Trzech Krzyży. The Polish headquarters of the media company will be located on the fifth tier of the building, where it will occupy 1000 sq. m. HBO will also have a several-hundred-meter-large terrace with the view of Powiśle, Skarpa Warszawska and National Stadium.
HBO Poland is another brand next to W.KRUK Rolex or Hogan Lovells which rented office space in ETHOS. The owner of the office – Kulczyk Silverstein Properties – has already rented 30 per cent of office space in the complex.

After 2 years of modernization and redevelopment, ETHOS offers ca. 17 000 sq. m of office and retail space in total. The building was adjusted to the A+ class standards and BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. One of the crucial elements of the investment was additional 5-tier wing on the plot situated from Skarpa Wiślana as well as terrace on the fifth tier, or new 8-meter-high shop windows along the building in the pedestrian passage between Sheraton Hotel and Nowy Świat.
