Propex Services Poland – a global leader in production of synthetic fabrics made from thermoplastic resin – opened its new operational center in Poland. The company chose Skalar Office Center, a modern office in Poznań, on its headquarters. The lease agreement includes 410 sq. m. Sharman Church Chartered Surveyors, a consulting company from commercial real estate sector, informed about transaction.
The official opening of the center was held on 7th August. The Chairman and CEO in Propex company, that is Michael Gorey, took part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Skalar Office Center offers over 14 000 sq. m of office, service and commercial area class A. It is located at the crossroads of Górecka and Hetmańska Streets. Ewa i Stanisław Sipińscy studio, which has such realizations as Malta Gallery and Zespół Andersia Tower in its portfolio, is responsible for the architectural project of the building. Skalar Office Center is owned by PBG Dom Sp. z o.o., a developer who is the member of PBG capital group. In Poznań it is known from i.a. building Quadro House residential complex. Moreover, companies like Bridgestone or Enea S.A. have their headquarters in Skalar Office Center.
