WFC retains tenants

Eight companies decided to extend their lease agreements in the office block Warsaw Financial Center.

The total area taken up by the tenants, who decided to remain in the building, is over 3000 sq. m. The companies which decided to extend the lease agreements are: Nykredit (950 sq.m ),European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (742 sq. m.), Fortum Power and Heat Polska (423 sq. m), Egis Polska (334 sq. m), PayPal Polska (220 sq. m), Weil, Gotshal & Manges (185 sq. m), Public Aid (147 sq. m) and Nordic Development (113 sq. m).

 

Warsaw Financial Center (WFC) is located at the intersection of Emilii Plater and Świętokrzyska Streets in Warsaw. The building offers a total of 50 000 sq. m of rentable space and 350 parking places. The technical solutions used in the building make it self-sufficient as far as access to electricity, heat and water is concerned.

 

Tenants in WFC include almost 70 Polish and international companies: banks, legal offices, institutions from the financial and FMCG branch, such as, among others, Google, Bloomberg, CMS Cameron McKenna, For Piper, Chadbourne & Parke, Pernod-Ricard, Sabmiller.

 

From the end of 2012, Warsaw Financial Center has a new owner, the consortium of Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III, investment fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
