The leading deliverer of warehouse systems moved into Sky Office Center building which is located at Rzymowski Street in a business part of Mokotów. The company hired 250 sq. m of office space. The tenant was represented by experts from AXI IMMO company during the transaction.
Stow Poland company is a part of international Averys group which is professionally engaged in development and production of warehouse systems intended for pallets or commodities with small sizes as well as length-based goods and production of landing constructions.
Sky Office Center is located at the crossroads of Rzymowski and Modzelewski Streets. The investor of a small building is Sky Office Center S.A. 1, a purpose partnership from 5th Avenue Holding S.A. group. The building of the structure started in June 2012 and finished in Autumn 2013. The office offers 4700 sq. m of space on six tiers and two-level underground garage with 57 parking places and 10 parking places on the outside car park.
