Warsaw Financial Center
New lease contracts concern 480 sq. m of office area. Additionally, two companies decided to prolong their agreements.

PAI Properties and CMS Markets UK are tenants of the office area in Warsaw Financial Center. The first one owned by PAI Investment Group – a private group functioning in such sectors as real estates, renewable energy and finances – is going to occupy 330 sq. m in the structure. The second one – offering services in the area of Internet commerce and financial instruments (so called spreadbetting), contracts of exchange difference (CFD) and monetary exchange (forex) is going to open an office with the size of 150 sq. m in Warsaw Financial Center. Both companies signed a lease contract for 5 years.

Additionally, two companies prolonged their cooperation with Warsaw Financial Center. Mid Europa Partners Sp. z o.o. will be occupying 340 sq. m in the office for the next 5 years. Cartesian Management Poland Sp. z o.o. prolonged the lease of office with the size of 110 sq. m for 3 years. The key to success on the more and more competitive office real estate market in Warsaw is flexibility and quick reaction to tenants' needs. As the instance of Warsaw Financial Center shows, such strategy is perfect in the case of both new and actual tenants – convinces Artur Lis, Asset Manager Portfolio & Asset Management, Tristan Capital Partners.

Warsaw Financial Center is an office structure class A+ which has 50 000 sq. m of lease area. The list of actual tenants of the office includes over 60 Polish and international companies, e.g. in the financial industry and FMCG, legal offices and banks. Warsaw Financial Center is owned by Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III, an investment fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
