On the 31st of january Griffin Group partnership bought Prima Court office building. The located on Nowogrodzka 68 building's previous owner was Re Polish Property company. The buyer was being represented by Colliers International. The seller - by Joneas Lang LaSalle.
The transaction is a continuation of an investment strategy adopted by the buyer. It assumes building a diversified portfolio of properties located in the biggest Polish cities. At the end of 2010 the company purchased a 37-hectare lot near captial's Park Natoliński (a housing estate of exclusive single family houses is being realized on the plot ). In november 2011 Griffin Group has concluded an acquisition of seven investment lots, whose building potential reaches 150 000 sq m. Office and business areas as well as apartments are intended to be created there.
The 9-storey Prima Court building was constructed in year 1997. The building is completely commercialized. Among the leaseholders are Yves Rocher, Cephalon, Manpower or Aegon.
