The construction of new office buildings is generated mostly by the sector of modern services for business. Companies from BPO, SSC, ITO and R&D sectors are locating their centres in Poland more and more eagerly. The advantages that they find here include qualified human resources, sometimes incentives from the authorities of particular cities, the possibility to lower costs of operation and attractive office spaces.
