According to data collected by Savills consulting company, the innovative office space in Krakow has increased 4 times for the last 4 years. The city has become one of the largest and the most developing regional office markets in Poland.
Patrizia Immobilien AG Fund has sold the Feniks office building in Warsaw to the investor from South Korea. Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate, a fund management company, has intermediated during the purchase process. Savills has advised the buyer during the transaction process.
According to the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, South Korea occupies the 3rd place due to investing in foreign capital from outside Europe in Poland.
