Ponad 200 specjalistów rynku nieruchomości z całego regionu Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej zgromadziło się w hotelu Intercontinental na uroczystej kolacji wręczenia nagród. 28 listopada bieżącego roku miała miejsce trzecia edycja CEE Green Building Awards, organizowana przez EuropaProperty. Podczas wydarzenia wyłoniono zwycięzców w 21 kategoriach.
Statuetki Green Building Award Winners 2013 zostały wręczone ośmiu firmom. Nagrodę Professional Service Provider of the Year (profesjonalny dostawca usług) otrzymała firma Gleeds. Zwycięzcą kategorii Architectural Firm of the Year (pracownia architektoniczna) została pracownia Kuryłowicz & Associates, a nagrodę dla Law Firm of the Year (firma prawnicza) zdobyła firma Dentons. Kategorię Property Management Firm of the Year (zarządca nieruchomości) zdominował Knight Frank, Jones Lang La Salle otrzymał nagrodę Consultant/Letting Agent of the Year (doradca/komercjalizator), a inwestorem roku (Investor of the Year) został Atrium. W kategorii Bank of theYear zwyciężył bank Helaba, a statuetkę dla Developer of the Year otrzymała Skanska.
Wiele emocji wzbudziło rownież wyłonienie zwycięzców nagrody Green Building of the Year Winners 2013. Zwycięzcami w poszczególnych konkurencjach zostali:

Co więcej, tytułem firmy roku (Company of the Year) została uhonorowana Skanska, nagrodę dla projektu roku (Project of the Year) otrzymała inwestycja Poznan City Center (TriGranit Development Corporation), a statuetkę Professional of the Year - Robert Martin z Europa Capital.
