Brand new day for business in Łódź

MediaHub combines modern approach to business, comprehensiveness and exclusiveness
Journalists were presented a new multimedia business hub.

Łąkowa 29 St. will soon be known as a place of new technologies, creative and media sectors. It will be possible thanks to the emergence of an A-class office building, combining modern approach to business, comprehensiveness and exclusiveness, in the city centre. The building is located at the junction of main arteries and national Road 1, as well as close to green areas of one of  the largest parks in Łódź.

In MediaHub's neighbourhood one can find DoubleTree by Hilton chain's hotel, offering 193 rooms, eight conference halls for over eight thousand people, swimming pool, SPA, ballroom, cinema and a restaurant, while the structure itself offers 3170 m2 office area.

Not too long ago, the works could be inspected from the inside by journalists, who were presented with "new business day" i.e. a new style of work and conducting business. Reporters have been introduced to the building's facade concept's genesis by a designer and architekt from Kurytowicz & Associates studio, Marcin Klukowski. This media meet also became an occasion to inaugurate a nationwide casting for doubles of five characters on the foreground of display seen on the building's facade.

Łódź's business hub consists mainly of: multimedia services operator TOYA and TOYA studios, Wytwórnia Club, as well as Opus Film, Łódzkie Centrum Filmowe i Filmoteka Narodowa.

Łódź's MediaHUB project's main investor is TOYA company, technological leader in telecommunication sector, which created an extensive network connecting companies from media and new technologies sectors.
