On the 27th June Waryński S.A. Holding Group entrusted Jones Lang LaSalle company with commercialisation of its newest Warsaw office project. The consultant is to handle not only leasing the space, but also providing consulting and coordination services within marketing and promotion activities, accompanying construction of the buidling.

The building is erected in Warsaw Odolany, at Jana Kazimierza Street. It is to have 9 788 m2 of the space for rent and it the first individual developer project realised by Waryński Group. The project aims at creating a modern class A structure, comprising of two combined blocks – 11- and 6-storeyed ones. Occupants will have 142 parking places at their disposal. The architectural design was created by S.A.M.I. Architekci Mariusz Lewandowski i Wspólnicy Sp. z o.o. The office building is to be certified with BREEAM certification on Very Good level.
The structure is to be commissioned in the first half-year of 2016.

Waryński Group is executing two different office-residential projects at Jana Kazimierza Street. The first one is Stacja Kazimierz, and the second one a joint investment with Dantex company. The works at these structures are to begin in the early 2014.
