The new office building, which is being created in place of the old bus station in Wrocław, has been named.

Silver Tower Center – that's going to be a name of a new office, hotel and services investment which is currently being created by Konstytucji 3 Maja St.

Wisher Enterprise announced a winner of its competition for a name of its new, Wrocław located office, hotel and services project. The author of the winning name – 'Silver Tower Center' – is Elżbieta Malik.

The competition took place between 17th and 30th of September 2013. The jury had to make a difficult decision from amongst over 350 submitted propositions. The author of the winning name has received and award of one thousand zlotys.

Silver Tower Center will be created by the crossing of Małachowskiego and Konstytucji 3 Maja square. The project includes the creation of three parts, over 7000 sqm of office space, a three star hotel owned by ibis Styles and a number of trade and services locations. The building will be devided onto two segments – the higher part offering 14 levels of offices and a lower one, with 6 floors, including service and commerce facilities, hotel, restaurant and conference centre. The users will make use of 184 parking spots on a two level underground parking lot. The derives his inspiration from a historic urban surroundings. He wants to create an open space with smaller architecture, trees and bushes which will be included in a triangular square on the corner of Małachowskiego and Dworcowa streets. The architectural design has been created by Maćków Pracownia Projektowa.

Wisher Enterprise is represented by supplementary investor, Construction Investments Services Centre ALWAR. The general contractor of Silver Tower Centre is Karmar S.A.

The location is due to be operational by the third quarter of 2014. The total cost of the investment has been estimated at 113 million zlotys.
