ECO Zebra received LEED

Office which belongs to Union Investment is the first Polish building with a Gold status in a category "Core and Shell".

Office building Zebra Tower which belongs to Union Investment received a certification LEED Gold in a category "Core and Shell". It's the first commercial property in Poland, which was designed, executed and is being used according to criteria of "C&S" certification.

Zebra is located in the Warsaw's centre at Mokotowska Street. Leaseholders were offered over 18 200sqm totally on 17 tiers. Companies which decided to have offices in such location are: Academic Business Incubators, Allegro Group, Samsung, Svenska Handelsbanken, S+B Gruppe AG, Starbucks, Saint Honore and Resource Partners.

Union Investment purchased a property in February. Office cost about EUR 76 million, and it is in a possesion of one of the purchaser of property funds for institutional investors.
