Comarch will invest in the region of Czyżyny, that is a place where the company has been conducting research and development as well as IT activity for a very long time. The outlay of the company will amount to minimum 14 million zlotys and at least 15 new working places will be created. The company received its first permit for activity in the zone 16 years ago. It was the first investment on that area as well as one of the first ones on the area of the Cracow zone in general. Comarch has invested more than 225 million zlotys and hired over 1700 people so far.

Czyżyny district is one of the most dynamically developing research and business centers which turned out into Campus of Cracow University of Technology. According to estimates, approx. 6000 people work in that place. Next to Comarch, Radionika, CD Projekt Red and international companies such as Brazilian Stefanini and American GI Healthcare invested on that area.

Moreover, Alupol Films – a company from the Alupol Packaging Group owned by Kęty Group – received the second permit for running a business activity on the area of CSEZ in Oświęcim. The company will invest 90-117 million zlotys by the end of 2022. The aim of the investment is to increase capacity in the area of production and inward processing of foils from plastics.

Cracow Technology Park has issued 210 permits within nineteen years of its business activity. The area of the zone was extended from 66 to 707 hectares. The company realized two buildings with the total area of 16 thousand sq. m where two technological incubators, co-working zones and multimedia laboratory were launched.
