Archdiocese of Warsaw has provided land for the construction of a skyscraper

At the middle of the Warsaw new skyscraper will be built. The investment will be completed in partnership with Archdiocese of Warsaw and the St. Barbara Parish.

The skyscraper  will be located at the junction of  Emilii Plater and Nowogrodzka st., in the Śródmieście district. BBI Development is responsible for the extension, commercialisation and sales of investments.

Our aim is to execute architecturally the highest quality building, that will combine elegancy, functionality and moderation – comments Michael Skotnicki, the president of BBI Development.

The 180 m building was designed by the Juvenes-Projekt architectural studio. BBI Development will lease around 55.000 sq. m of usable area.

BBI Development in partnership with Liebrecht&Wood also carries out an another investment in good location – Plac Unii (around 56.000 sq m). In January the company signed the lease contract with the company of ING Group. BBI Development's portfolio includes such investment as Nowy Sezam project (13.000 sq. m) and Koneser project (70.000 sq. m). Both of them are connected to the second metro line.
