Promenady Zita are going to be already the second office structure erected in business section of Promenady Wrocławskie (Wrocław's Promenades) and will offer its lessees 20 000 m2 of B+ class office area. The building is planned for completion in 2014 and the contest for its design has been won a few days ago by architects from Maćków Pracownia Projektowa architectural studio in Wrocław. Already in the design phase, the investor has made a condition that Promenada Zita's ICT systems are to have large bandwidth reserves, while installations or building's elements are to be energy-efficient, supported by renewable energy sources.

Promenada Zita building will be erected on the grounds between Trzebnicka and Rychtalska St., connected with the new Słonimskiego street, whose construction will begin in spring.
It's worth mentioning, that the completed in july first of business buildings in Promenady Wrocławskie has a new lessee- lead global air carrier Qatar Airways. Around 100 people will find work in the rented offices. The company intends to eventually double the employment.
