Centaurus will be constructed in the centre of Olsztyn. This office building has been designed in Vienna by Architektbüro Andrzej Kapuścik. The designers divided the property into four areas: the biggest – office area (16 000 sq. m), housing, service and hotel areas. The shape of the building will reflect its multifunctionality, the diversified character will be highlighted by different forms and heights.

The company’s third investment is a complex of three office buildings, Euro Office Park in Gdańsk. The complex will offer 12 500 sq. m of office space allotted for rental and sale. A restaurant will be located in one of the buildings. The finalization of the construction of the park will coincide with joining the WZ route with the ring road of Trójmiasto.
