The Konstruktorska Business Center building, which was designed with emphasis on the care for the natural environment, applied for the BREEAM certification. This system is one of the most popular building certification systems in the world.
The construction works on the property are in progress since April and are planned to be finished by the end of next year. The building will provide offices and commercial spaces in green surroundings. It will be powered only with renewable energy and will offer over 30 electric car charging points.
Konstruktorska is owned by the HB Reavis group. The certification process is managed by Epstein, a company responsible also for the architectural project of the building. CB Richard Ellis is the property’s exclusive management and rental agent.
