Chairman of the Management Board at Spectra Development, Dariusz Sokołowski, sums up:

The commercialization process of Bobrowiecka 8 is coming to a close. We hope that the negotiation of the final contracts will soon end and thus we'll be able to announce the closure of the lease process.

The main reasons for the popularity of the investment are both the attractive location as well as the applied innovative and green solutions.

When we were executing Bobrowiecka 8, our main goal was to meet tenants' expectations. We’ve put emphasis on usable aspects of office space (functionality), choosing a simple timeless design and high-quality materials. We’re very happy that our decisions turned out to be deeply satisfying to our tenants – says Sokołowski.

Bobrowiecka 8 office building is a part of the larger complex. The investment is situated in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district that has a very good connection with other parts of the city. The building has a commercial and service space of total size amounting to 25 000 sqm. There is a modern residential complex in the neighborhood of the investment which makes the surroundings more attractive. Apart from office, commercial and service space, there is also a modern art gallery supported by the Starak Family Foundation.

The office building is modern and functional. It was erected in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and green trends. It was also awarded a BREEAM certificate. The general contractor is Hochtief Poland, whereas a developer – Spectra Development.
