Cushman & Wakefield, the international consulting firm, became the manager of an office complex - Lipowy Office Park. The investment consists of four buildings of the total surface of 64 000 sq. m.
Lipowy Office Park is located at Zwirki and Wigury St. the thoroughfare of Warsaw, which connects the capital city’s centre with Warsaw Chopin Airport. The office buildings of the complex are 10-storey each and common, two-level, underground area, where the car park, technical rooms and depositories are located. The anchor tenant of Lipowy Office Park is Bank Pekao S.A. The investment was commissioned in 2008. The design was prepared by HOCHTIEF Development Poland Sp. z o.o. Currently the complex belongs to Europolis Lipowy Office Park Sp. z o.o from the group CA IMMO.
