Colliers manages the buildings of Immofinanz

Colliers International has won the tender to manage eleven properties from the real estate holdings of Immofinanz Group.

Within the frames of eleven managed properties, there are office and industrial properties located in Poland, Bulgaria and Hungary, the combined area of which exceeds 167 000 sq. m. GLA.

 

Five Warsaw office blocks and two logistic parks - one in Warsaw, and one in Silesia - have joined the real estate holdings managed by Colliers in Poland. The combined area of real estate of Immofinanz Group, in Poland managed by Colliers, amounts to over 86 000 sq.m. GLA. Among office investments, one can mention A class office blocks, such as IO-1 (over 22 000 sq. m GLA), Crown Point (10 500 sq.m. GLA) or the Crown Tower (over 8000 sqm, GLA).

 

Properties in Hungary include three industrial buildings, located in Budapest, among others, Pharma Park. The combined area managed by Colliers amounts to 71 000 sq. m GLA of space from the real estate holdings of Immofinanz in Hungary.

 

The last property, taken over by Colliers, is an office block in Sofia (the capital of Bulgaria), which has almost 10 000 sq. m GLA of rentable area.

 

Colliers International manages 79 properties in Eastern Europe, the combined area of which amounts to over 1.3 million sq. m, and value - over 3 billion Euro. In Poland, the company has 58 properties under its care. Their combined area exceeds 900 000 sq. m GLA. The buildings are located mainly in Warsaw, but also in Kraków, Poznań and Wrocław. Colliers International manages both office property as well as storage and commercial ones.
