The Warsaw office Atrium 2 has just received a use permit after almost two years from commencing the investment. It means that first tenants will soon move into the building. At present, arrangement works are being conducted on the leased areas. Companies which decided to rent space in the structure are international legal office DLA Piper and deliverer of IT solutions to the financial and insurance sector Bravura Solutions.

While designing Atrium 2 we wanted our building to be characteristic against other offices, not only by its functionality but also simplicity and precious form. The project combines the past with the future. Its modernistic character is emphasized by a motif of Warsaw tiles called gorseciki in the facade, which were popular in the interwar period. Atrium 2 was designed for modern and responsible companies, which care about both business success and good well-being of their employees – Krzysztof Wilczyk, Regional Director of Skanska Property Poland, says.

Atrium 2 is situated at Pereca Street in close proximity to ONZ roundabout. The building offers jointly more than 20 000 sq. m of leased area. It is composed of 15 aboveground and 4 underground tiers. Moreover, 126 parking places and 40 places for bicycles were given at tenants' disposal. The project will be certified in the LEED system at the highest platinum level. The general contractor of the structure is Skanska SA. The project of the building was devised in the PRC Architekci studio whereas Skanska Property Poland is responsible for commercialization of the office.
