Skanska Property Poland has received a construction permit for the first in Poznan LEED certified office building. The 5 storey high building is to accommodate 15.7 thousand sq. meters of space.
Malta House is to be located in the centre of Poznan, just by Lake Malta. A green roof overlooking the lake and a garden in the patio are to be characteristic features. It is to be the first building with LEED certificate in Poznan. The project has already obtained a precertification LEED on a platinum level.
Skanska SA which is to be the general contractor of the project designed by Pentagram Architekci. According to the schedule building works are to begin in January. The project is to be accomplished by the third quarter of 2013.
