LEED Gold certificate was granted to a new office investment of PZU in Wrocław, that is Komandorska 12.

The office owned by PZU – Komandorska 12 – was awarded LEED Gold green certificate. The architecture of this office provides an access to daylight on 80 per cent of the usable area. What is more, the systems which regulate water, heat and energy consumption were applied in the investment.

Komandorska 12 is characterized by high standard of space and use of modern solutions which reduce the impact of the building on the environment. The investment saves drinking water consumption at the level of 42 per cent and limits the heat emission with the use of green roof. Moreover, finishing materials of low content of volatile organic compounds were applied in the building and even 93 per cent of construction waste was recycled – says Katarzyna Krokosińska, who runs the Department of JLL in Wrocław, which is the exclusive agent for commercialization.

The list of assets also includes a unique location which favors the use of public transport and which provides facilitations for bicyclists. Komandorska 12 is situated in close proximity to PKP Central Railway Station, the new bus station, and the crossroads of tram and bus lines.

Komandorska 12 was commissioned in February 2017. It is a building class A, which offers ca. 4000 sq. m of modern office space. The building has six aboveground tiers as well as one underground tier with a car park. Komandorska 12 is a project devised by Grupa 5 Architekci. JLL is responsible for commercialization, whereas TFI PZU is both investor and owner of the building.
