SMYK with a new office

SMYK became a new tenant of the office realized by Penta Investments in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

The headquarters of SMYK will be located on two tiers of D48. The international network of specialist shops with products for children will rent 6000 sq. m in the building. It will start its business activity in this new headquarters in March 2018. SMYK was represented by CBRE consulting company during the transaction process, whereas the lessor was represented by GALT legal office.

The presence of SMYK in D48 is confirmation of the highest quality of space offered by our investment. D48 is situated at the crossroads of Domaniewska and Postępu Streets. It is the first real estate project of Penta in Poland, thus we have a very special approach to this realization. We are aware how important it is right now to deliver the highest class products regarding the current competitive market. D48 meets practically all needs of companies which search for a location in the largest business district in Warsaw, that is central location, big aboveground car park for guests on the area of the building, or lots of green areas intended for recreation and relaxation. The building will also have a unique character thanks to the innovative project of the entrance hall and reception zone, which are different from the typical “corporation” style in the majority of office buildings. The visual and qualitative assets will be complemented with a number of green solutions, which provide the highest effectiveness of the building and low exploitation costs – says Damian Grzywacz, Country Managing Director of Penta Investments.

D48 is an office building class A, which is situated in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The investment will offer more than 26 000 sq. m of office space on 11 office tiers from Domaniewska Street and 8 office tiers from Postępu Street. Additionally, the building will offer spacious terraces with the view of the city center of Warsaw and green areas in the neighborhood of the plot. There will be also two car parks: underground car park for tenants and aboveground car park for guests. The project was awarded pre-certificate LEED at the Gold level in the category: LEED Building Design and Construction: Core and Shell Development. The consulting company Savills is an exclusive agent of D48.

The realization of D48 is being conducted in accordance with the schedule. The completion of the construction is planned on August this year, whereas the commissioning – on the beginning of October this year. The total value of the investment will amount to ca. 45 million euro.
