Dentons legal office is to move into a new office in Powiśle power plant.

Dentons is the largest legal office in the world. The company will move into the new office in Warsaw in two years’ time. Its head office will be located in the newest investment of the Tristan Capital Partners Fund and White Star Real Estate, that is Powiśle power plant. The company will occupy ca. 5600 sq. m in this investment. Dentons was represented by JLL during the process of choosing the best lease option as well as negotiating lease conditions.

The main deciding factor on choosing the new location was attractiveness from the perspective of both clients and employees. The choice of Powiśle district – one of the most dynamically developing part of the city where there are no head offices of big brand legal offices – will distinguish us from other legal companies and provide more privacy and desirable discretion among clients – says Arkadiusz Krasnodębski, Poland Managing Partner of Dentons.

The new office will refer to current trends in arrangement of space with consideration of specificity of functioning of legal office. There will be a number of solutions which support key values of Dentons, such as cooperation, transparency, equality, or values which promote culture of mentoring and coaching – adds Karina Furga-Dąbrowska, Partner and Chief Design Officer of Dentons.

The new head office of Dentons in Warsaw will be located in Building B5 which belongs to Powiśle power plant. The company will move into the building in 2019. The early commencement of search and negotiations by Dentons allowed to rent very attractive office space within the building with the access to a terrace for company’s exclusive use. Such perfectly communicated, unique and multi-use concept as Powiśle power plant makes this place a perfect head office for companies which prefer untypical locations and which want to distinguish themselves on the market and offer a broad range of facilitations to their existing and potential employees – says Anna Młyniec, Head of Office Lease and Tenant Representation Department, JLL.

Powiśle power plant is being erected on the area of the former Powiśle power plant. It is located between Dobra, Leszczyńska, Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie and Zajęcza Streets in the neighborhood of Copernicus Science Center and University Library. Powiśle power plant is the newest investment of EPISO 4 fund, which is managed by Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate. It envisages erection of three office buildings on the area of the historical power plant of space amounting to 23 000 sq. m and 15 500 sq. m of commercial and service space, 6000 sq. m of space intended for apartments and 5500 sq. m of space dedicated for a hotel.
