MIPIM in Cannes is a place where people related with real estate market meet and exchange their views and experiences. It is a particularly important event for those who are interested in real estate investments.
The organizers estimate that around 19 000 visitors will come. 3806 investors and financial institutions from 1130 companies from 90 countries will present their products on 17 500 sq. meters of space. During this 4 day event there will be 60 conferences attended by people who play important roles in real estate companies, and many meetings with investors and experts. Germany is a guest of honor of the MIPIN 2012 fair.
Current trends, development projects and problems of the real estate market will be presented during the scientific part of the fair. There will be 2 new topics discussed during the event: innovative technologies in building industry and sports and logistic facilities. A discussion on possible investments in Poland has been scheduled on the 6th of March.
Awards for the most interesting projects of commercial buildings, office buildings, housing, hotels, industrial facilities etc. are to be handed on the last day of the fair.
Poland will be represented by hosts of Euro 2012 and cities such as Czestochowa, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz and Szczecin. Bytom, Gliwice, Gniezno, Gryfin, Pruszcz Gdanski, Rybnik. Sopot and Zawiercie will present their investment offers. There will also be representatives of local governments from Urząd Gminy Czerwonak, Urząd Miasta Piły, Urząd Miejski w Śremie, Urząd Miasta i Gminy Murowana Goślina, Urząd Miasta Gniezna i Urząd Gminy Stare Miasto, Stowarzyszenie Gmin i Powiatów Wielkopolski and Wielkopolskie Centrum Wspierania Inwestycji Sp. z o.o. Gdanski obszar Metropolitarny will also present its offer specially designed for Cannes fair.
