Park Rozwoju is a modern office complex class A situated in the neighborhood of the business Mokotów district at Konstruktorskiej 12 Street. Its location attracts the largest corporations. The total space amounts to 31 000 sqm.

We believe that this friendly surroundings and ecological approach to construction are the future of the office market and thus we choose green solutions for our buildings. Park Rozwoju is awarded BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which is currently a highly appreciated pro-ecological assessment system of nonresidential buildings in Europe – says Sylwia Piechnik, Head of Office Leasing at EPP.

EPP, a company that invests in the commercial real estate sector all over Poland decided to plant one tree for 1000 sqm leased. The investor intends to create a green neighborhood in this place which is friendly to employees. The extension of lease contracts with Schneider and Ericsson has already contributed to planting 11 trees.

We would like Park Rozwoju to be a real green corner on the map of the business Mokotów district. This is a perfect place for working and relaxing. A well-being of our employees is a matter of priority to us, hence the closest surroundings of the building and the internal courtyards are full of greenery that invites you to spend your free time in this place. We also promised our tenants to plant one tree for 1000 sqm of office space leased. Thanks to the signage of lease contracts with Schneider and Ericsson, we've already planted 11 trees together. I’m convinced that we’ll plant them more in the future – says Sylwia Piechnik.

Planting trees is related to the project of a linear park executed by Zarząd Zieleni of the capital city of Warsaw.

Trees very often create places where inhabitants may take a break from daily duties, find respite and relax among greenery. Every new tree brings a big portion of positive energy for the surroundings – says Marek Piwowarski, Director of Zarząd Zieleni of the capital city of Warsaw.
