Mostostal Warszawa joined the group of tenants of the second stage of the municipal complex Park Rozwoju. The company will occupy 3300 sq. m of office area. The signage of a contract with Mostostal Warszawa is an important step in the commercialization process of the second stage of the investment. We are very glad that the company chose Park Rozwoju for a place of its new headquarters – says Paweł Milcarz, Senior Leasing Manager, Department of Offices and Hotels, Echo Investment. The Warsaw structure owned by Echo Investment received a use permit in May this year. It holds such offices as Schneider Electric (3800 sq. m) and Intergraph (1200 sq. m).
Mostostal Warszawa SA is one of the biggest companies functioning in the construction industry. Its name and history is connected with the restoration of bridges. At present, the company realizes investments in the area of buildings of general construction, industry, environment and road infrastructure.
Park Rozwoju is composed of two office structures and a restaurant located in the part connecting both buildings. The complex offers 32 000 sq. m of office area and a two-level underground car park as well as aboveground car park with 740 parking places. Relaxation and recreation zones as well as courtyard with a canteen, internal squares with convenient benches, green terraces on the roof and outdoor gym are realized on the area of the complex. Park Rozwoju is located at Konstruktorska 12 Street which provides an easy and quick access to the airport and the city center. The second stage received the BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level with the result of 72.9 per cent in 2014. The first stage, in turn, received the BREEAM Interim at the Very Good level. The architectural project of Park Rozwoju was devised in the JEMS Architekci studio.
