Mokotowska Square is open

The former Metalexport office building has undergone a through revitalization. Yareal Polska was responsible for the works.

The Mokotowska Square office building has been officially opened on October 12th. Over 150 people have participated in the ceremony, among them representatives of the city’s authorities, representatives of the real-estate industry, businessmen and media. Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz, the president of Warsaw, was the guest of honour.

The former Metalexport office building has undergone a through revitalization. The project included the renovation of the facade from the 50s and a complete alteration of the interiors. Currently, Mokotowska Square offers a total of 8 500 sq. m of office space and 1 100 sq. m of commerce and service space.

The construction works, which lasted over half a year, have been realized and financed by Yareal Polska, the owner of the property. All works have been supervised by a conservator due to the historic value of the building.
