In the case of the commissioned buildings, Nowogrodzka Square and NEOPARK complex, the independent BREEAM associate judges confirmed the completion of the main assumptions of the project (the envisaged result above 70 points). In the “Transport” category, both investments were awarded the highest grades due to their excellent location, which provides broad access to collective means of public and railway communication. When Yareal's office buildings were completed, the verification process determined the strengths in the following categories: “Land Development and Ecology” as well as “Health and Well-being”.
“We have so many reasons for satisfaction; Nowogrodzka Square had received the Grand Prix as well as the Best Commercial Building Title in the Competition for the Architectural Award of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw shortly before the obtainment of the final BREEAM Excellent certificate. NEOPARK office building, which has cascade windows with the view of the centrally situated green courtyard, has recently been commercialized after the lease of nearly half of space to only one tenant, the operator of Play" – says Eric Dapoigny, Chairman of Yareal.
The third project of Yareal, LIXA, is awarded the BREEAM Excellent certificate. It is the largest office complex in the history of the company. The investment is being currently erected at Rondo Daszyńskiego. The project design has just undergone the first process of certification. The first phase consists in the execution of two buildings recently sold to the South Korean investor. The buildings will deliver office space of the size amounting to almost 29 000 sqm. The available space will be mainly occupied by the central headquarters of BNP Paribas.
As a target, the size of LIXA will amount to 65 000 sqm of flexible office space, easily adapted to the individual needs of tenants and the implemented innovative model of work. The highest notes were awarded in the category "Transport” (LIXA received the maximum amount of points, i.e. 100 points). The highest notes were granted due to the application of solutions related to land development and ecology. The complex will be characterized by original and differentiated building architecture and a green courtyard that will provide a nice atmosphere and allow for combining work with relaxation.
