The sentence pronounced by the Self-Government Appeal Court enables BBI Development to apply for a permit to build a new Sezam.

The Self-Government Appeal Court has partially reversed the decision on the construction conditions issued by the President of the capital city of Warsaw. This means that BBI Development can apply for a permit for construction.

The project foresees the construction of a building near the crossing of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets. Currently, the Sezam department store stands there. It is planned to build a modern office building, which will exploit the possibilities offered by a localization near the crossing of two underground lines. The building will offer  12.500 – 13.000 sq. m of both commercial and office space.

Juvenes Development is responsible for drafting the project and preparing the formal side of the investment. The company is subsidiary to BBI Development in 100%.
