Fifty representatives of international and Polish investors, developers and tenants have attended the meeting. Matters concerning sustainable construction, the risk of the aging of buildings or current guidelines for office design were mentioned during the presentations. There have been discussions about the role of the modern commercial services sector and its influence in the development of office real estate and investments in Kraków. A statement that Poland is one of the main investment markets in Europe has been made during the meeting, while Kraków is increasingly perceived as prime.
