Kraków held a business breakfast lead by Jones Lang LaSalle and the British Polish Chamber of Commerce. The subjects of the meeting were investments in Kraków and in the region of Małoposka.

Fifty representatives of international and Polish investors, developers and tenants have attended the meeting. Matters concerning sustainable construction, the risk of the aging of buildings or current guidelines for office design were mentioned during the presentations. There have been discussions about the role of the modern commercial services sector and its influence in the development of office real estate and investments in Kraków. According to the estimations made by Jones Lang LaSalle, even 41% of the office space in Kraków is occupied by those modern services (for comparison, in Wrocław it is 34%, while in Warsaw only 3%).

A statement that Poland is one of the main investment markets in Europe has been made during the meeting, while Kraków is increasingly perceived as prime.

The meeting has been held under the honorary patronage of the President of the City of Kraków, the Małoposka Governor and the Małopolska Regional Development Agency. The professional supervision has been made by the Leaders of the Polish Business Services Sector Association (Związek Liderów Sektora Usług Biznesowych w Polsce).
