The company eventually will have 2,000 sqm. on the first and second stage of the project, but to the December of this year, waiting for the proper surface, it will take a temporary office.
Krakow office park is located near the intersection of st. Powstańcy Wielkopolscy and st. Klimecki. The project is implemented in three stages, in which rise buildings in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Den Haque. Currently work is underway on the construction of the second of them, offering 8496 sqm. of surface. Rotterdam will be completed in the first quarter of 2015. The complex will have a total of 25 000 sqm. of office space and 2,500 sqm. retail space and 550 parking spaces on the multi-storey car park.
Orange Office Park is implemented by special purpose company East-West Development Office Ltd., belonging to the Luxembourg holding company, represented by Theodore Jongen. The general contractor of the complex is the company CFE Poland, the property manager selected J & M Management Ltd. LLP, and is responsible for the commercialization agency Fisheye Properties.
