Liebrecht & wooD successively commercializes offices

Flanders Business Park
Flanders Business Park gained another new tenant whereas ZING extended a lease contract in Batory Office Building. Both offices are located in Warsaw and they are owned by Liebrecht & wooD.

Batory Office Building II is a 6-tier office building located in the neighborhood of the crossroads of Jerozolimskie Avenue and Łopuszańska Street thanks to which it is well-communicated with the city center, Southern Ring Road of Warsaw, A2 motorway and Chopin Airport. The building offers over 7800 sq. m of rentable area, 717 sq. m of which are occupied by ZING (formerly PaperlinX) on the 5th floor. The partnership decided to extend the lease agreement. 

 

The new tenant – Proventus – is going to move into the building B in the Flanders Business Park complex at the beginning of August. The enterprise is specialized in distribution of products for performing of packing and connections in the construction. Liebrecht & wooD occupies 108 sq. m on the third floor in the office. The tenant was advised by Axi Immo Group during the process of selecting an office.   

 

Flanders Business Park is composed of buildings A and B which offer jointly ca. 14 500 sq. m of office area. The tenants have a restaurant and conference hall for over 100 people at their disposal. As a target, the complex will offer 36 000 sq. m of office area. At present, the building C is being realized. It will offer almost 7400 sq. m of offices. The building is certified in the BREEAM Interim system with a Very Good grade.
