PwC is the next international company after Tieto Poland that has leased office space in Aquarius Business House. This consulting firm will occupy 1000 sq m of office space in the office complex which is under construction in the center of Wroclaw, at the junction of Borowska and Swobodna Street.
The Aquarius Business House complex consists of two 7-storey class A office buildings. The total lettable area of the complex amounts to 25 000 sq m.
The completion of the second buildings is scheduled for September 2013. Arcade studio from Kielce designed the complex whilst Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA is the general constructor of the building shell.
The Aquarius attracted a new tenant
PwC, former PricewaterhouseCoopers, decided to lease office space in Aquarius Business House in Wroclaw.
