Warsaw. Both companies have extended office area lease contracts in the building owned by IVG Immobilien AG

Located in Warsaw's Ochota, at Aleje Jerozolimskie, Jerezolimskie Offices building owned by IVG Immobilen AG offers its lessees over 8 000 m2 of rent area. Close to half of this area is being rented by a leader on Polish publishing market, Nowa Era who, apart from extending the lease contract, rented an additional space and now occupies 3 500 m2 in total. Mazowiecki Oddział Obrotu Gazem (MOOG), currently occupying 1 500 m2, shall remain in Jerozolimskie Offices a bit longer as well. In the talks with both the publisher and company from oil and gas sector, the building's owner was being represented by Colliers company.
