KGHM Polska Miedź, Inc and Notary Public Grzegorz Rogala will move into Warsaw office building, Rondo 1.

Rondo1 is one of the most recognizable building in Warsaw. It belongs to managing MGPA fund – MGPA Europe Fund II. In February 2011, as the first high-rise in Europe has received ecological LEED certificate on Gold level in „existing building”categories. That is why, new tenants, that is KGHM Polska Miedź, Inc and Notary Public Grzegorz Rogala move in. Volkswagen Bank Polska, Inc has decided for an expansion of current renting space.

 

The leasing agreements with such renowned companies confirm the position of Rondo 1 on the office real estate market. Excellent location, quality of architecture, exceptional services and facilitations for its tenants are the building assets which decide about its uniqueness, states Wojciech Smyk, MGPA Polska Associate.

 

KGHM Polska Miedź, Inc in Rondo 1 office building will occupy 850 sqm of the office surface, located on the 36th floor. The leasing agreement has been signed for 5 years. The company is one of the leaders of the copper and silver producers worldwide. The company was founded in 1691, since 1991 has been a joint stock company, and in 1997 has entered the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

 

The Notary Public Grzegorz Rogala will occupy the 5th floor. The leasing agreement includes 220 sqm of the surfaces and has been signed for 5 years.

 

Since 2006 in Rondo 1 office building, Volkswagen Bank Polska, Inc has occupied its location. Currently, the company decided to expand rented surface by 500 sqm. The bank was founded in 1998 and specializes in vehicle financing.
