Unilever company will move into Warsaw Eurocentrum Office Complex office building.

Grupa Capital Park signed a lease contract for 5,414 m2 of space in Eurocentrum Office Complex building. Unilever company, during the transaction represented by Cushman & Wakefield, will move into the building located on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. Currently the investment is still being constructed, finishing of the first stage, having over 42,000 m2, is planned for June 2014.


There is still a year before the building will be opened, and it was already 51% leased. The new tenant, one of the biggest in the world producers of food, cosmetics and cleaning products, will join such companies as Imtech Polska, Tebodin, Qumak, CEPD Management and Randstad Polska. In the object there will also be commercial and service space, whose first tenant was Fizjokoncept. The company will rent 183 m2 on the ground floor.


The building is being constructed according to sustainable building technology. It was LEED CS Gold pre-certified, which affirms environmentally-friendly solutions have been used, increasing work comfort and lowering operating costs. In Eurocentrum there are, among others, external blinds for the facade, which will limit the amount of sunlight getting inside the building during summer, modern air-conditioning and ventilation systems, energy saving lighting, sun-reflecting roof membrane and water saving fittings. Additionally, there will be systems of rainwater reuse, used energy will be methodically measured and the systems of intelligent management will be installed.


The solutions, used in the building are in accord with Unilever’s plan of „Sustainable living”. In its framework the company plans, among others, to cut its negative impact on the environment by half.


Eurocentrum Office Complex is located by Aleje Jerozolimskie, between Plac Zawiszy and Warszawa Zachodnia station. It is to offer 69,186 m2 of A-class space, including 67,005 m2 of office space, on 15 storeys. The main contractor is ERBUD S.A., and the architectonic design was prepared by PRC Architekci studio.
