The new tenant will lease 2,600 m2 of office space in Ambassador building in Warsaw. During the transaction Ipsos was advised by an international advising company CBRE.
Ipsos is an international company, working in the fields of marketing research, advertising, media, satisfaction and loyalty of the consumers and opinion polls. Polish branch is a part of a global company, present in 84 countries. Ipsos offers its services for companies from such sectors as FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), telecommunications, media, advertising, petrol, pharmaceuticals, motorisation, banking, finances and public institutions.
Ambassador is located in the centre of Mokotów, on the junction of Domaniewska and Pęcherska streets. It offers 14,900 m2 of modern office space and 1,000 m2 of commercial and service space. Its tenants and guests can use up to 298 parking spaces, located on 4-storey underground lot. The office building was realised by a developer company Kronos Real Estate and is a part of a bigger housing and office complex. Ambassador was opened for use in March 2013.
CBRE was advising the tenant during the process of consolidation of space and choosing a new localisation. We also negotiated attractive lease conditions for Ipsos.
