Green Day in Wrocław
The investment was sold for 43,4 million euro
Skanska Property Poland company sold another office investment in Wrocław – Green Day.

A new owner of Green Day is Investec GLL Global Special Opportunities Real Estate Fund, which is managed by both Investec Bank PLC and GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH. The worth of the office was valuated at 43,4 million euro.

Green Day is located at Szczytnicka Street and it is the third investment of Skanska company in Wrocław. The office offers 16 060 sq. m of area class A which is realized in accordance with requirements of LEED ecological certificate. It has already received a pre-certificate on Gold level. The areas available in the structure are fully rented and its tenant will be an international company from financial sector. The completion of the investment is planned on the first quarter of 2014.

Green Day is another building which was rented and sold by us before its commission – says Waldemar Olbryk, chairman in Skanska Property Poland. The situation was similar to recently sold complexes, that is Green Tower in Wrocław and Green Corner in Warsaw. The combination of experience of Skanska and requirements of LEED certificate is a guarantee of delivering the highest quality product on the market. As we may see, it is appreciated by investors. The success of Green Day is also an evidence for potential of Wrocław, where we have been investing for a very long time and building our fourth office structure – Dominikański. I am convinced that it will arouse a great interest among tenants and on the investment market – comments Waldemar Olbryk.

The purchaser was advised by Colliers International company during the transaction, whereas the developer was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle.
