Procter & Gamble in Konstruktorska Business Center

Procter & Gamble announced the inauguration of the planning center in Warsaw office building Konstruktorska Business Center.

One of the biggest global corporations - Procter & Gamble - opens its new branch office. The company’s offices will occupy 7500 sqm. space in the building Konstruktorska Business Center built by HB Reavis. 500 specialists will be working in the head office. The newly opened planning center is the third similar center of Procter & Gamble in the world (the previous alike office was opened in Cairo, Egypt) .


The company decided to rent Konstruktorska Business Center, among others, because of the flexibility of this largest office space in Poland.


The decision about renting this office space in our project made by such a respected international company like P&G is the best verification of the building quality and cost-effectiveness of office space certified with BREEAM system at 'very good' level. Procter & Gamble joined the Konstruktorska Business Center tenants such as Grupa Żywiec, Otis, Carrier, IMS Health and Comperia.pl. At the moment 60% of over 48 000 sq. m. of the building is rented - commented Stanislav Frnka, president of HB Reavis Poland.


Procter & Gamble is one of the largest companies in the world within the FMCG sector, operating in 180 countries. The company manages 60 brands with more than 1300 products. In Poland the company is present since 1991.


HB Reavis, upon completion of Konstruktorska Business Center, completes construction work of the second investment in Warsaw - Gdański Business Center. Moreover, HB Reavis has begun work on the construction of an office building at ul. Postępu 14 in Mokotów. The company also has plans to launch two projects - a new Warsaw railway station Warszawa Zachodnia with two office buildings offering a total area exceeding 60 000 sq. m. and HB Reavis project in Poland, located at the intersection of Al. Jana Pawła II and  ul. Chmielna.
