The company with the financial sector, Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), decided to rent additional space in the complex Orange Office Park.

The financial institution BBH has leased more than 2,000 sqm. of additional office space in Orange Office Park in Cracow. This means that the company will take over 6800 sqm. in the complex carried out by the East-West Development Office. During the transaction tenant was represented by experts Cushman & Wakefield, while the developer - Fisheye.

Brown Brothers Harriman in operation since 1818, and currently employs approx. 4,700 employees in 17 offices throughout the world. Cracow branch of BBH has opened in 2012, and it works in 600 people. We are very happy that we can enlarge our Krakow office and strengthen relationships with the local community. The last two years exceeded our expectations and we decided to tie up with the region for a long time - commented Michael McDonald, Managing Director of BBH.

The company will move to Orange Office Park in July. Cracow complex built in three phases and will eventually provide up to 29 000 sqm. of office and retail space, and 550 parking spaces. The first phase of the project in July 2014 year will be completed. Investment is at the intersection of Nowohucka and Klimeckiego Streets.

Cracow is an attractive location for business start-ups or planning further development due to the academic background and the availability of highly talented workforce. An important advantage of the city is also possible to rent a modern space on flexible terms, and its adaptation to the needs, that at the beginning it is sometimes difficult to define precisely. The company BBH decided, a year after signing the contract pre-let to hire additional 2,000 sqm. due to the dynamic development - said Krzysztof Misiak, Partner, head of the division of regional cities in the department office of Cushman & Wakefield.
