West Gate is a modern A class building which offers 16 000 sq. m of office space. The structure is located at Lotnicza, Na Ostatnim Groszu and Legnicka Streets. The project’s author is Arcad studio from Kielce, which gave it a shape of “L” letter. The building is divided into six aboveground and two underground tiers intended for a car park. Its elevation is characterized by large glass areas, thanks to which the offices are properly lighted. There will be an access control system installed in the office. Moreover, there will be also fast elevators, energy-saving air-conditioning and ventilation, air humidity control system, suspended ceilings, raised floors, and eco-friendly lighting system. Bicycle stands, cloakrooms and showers for cyclists were also planned.
