The KKLW legal office is the first tenant in an office building owned by the Cosmopolitan complex.

The first tenant of the structure located at Twarda 2 Street in Warsaw is the KKLW legal office. The new office with the area of 300 sq. m situated on the third floor of the building will start its activity in June this year.

 

Twarda 2 is a part of the Cosmopolitan complex which is located in Warsaw Central Business Area at the crossroads of Jan Paweł II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. The Cosmopolitan complex includes a 44-floor residential tower as well as office and service building mentioned above. A four-tier platform, which is intended for commercial and service area, is a base for the tower in which 252 apartments are located. The office structure not only offers office area class A but also café and galleries. It is going to be joined with the tower's platform through a glass roof. The tenants in Cosmopolitan 2/4 will be able to benefit from underground garage which offers 299 parking places. Moreover, there will be also fitness and business clubs and a terrace with the view at Grzybowski Square and Emilia Plater Street located on the four tier.

 

The investor of the project is Tacit Development, whereas the exclusive agent of the office is Wood Lark Group. Furthermore, Helmut Jahn is responsible for the Cosmopolitan architectural design.
