The ceremony of topping out Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 took place on the 23rd January. It means the completion of the raw state of the high-rise after 20 months since starting its construction. The investor of the structure located at Grzybowskiego Square is Tacit Development.
As an investor, we are satisfied with works' progress. All the project completion dates are in accordance with the schedule. We are going to commission first completed and equipped dwellings in the beginning of April – said Michał Borowski, President of Tacit Development Poland Sp. z o.o.
The project includes creating a 44-storey residential tower and 5-storey office and service building. A 4-storey platform, designated for sales and service area, is a basis of the tower, in which 252 flats are situated. In the office block, apart from office space, there will also be cafés and galleries. The office building will be combined with the platform by a glass roof. Occupants of Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 will have at their disposal an underground garage with 299 parking places. The fourth floor is to hold fitness and business clubs, along with a terrace with a view of Grzybowski Square and Emilii Plater Street.
Helmut Jahn is responsible for the architectural design. The structure offers altogether 53 000 sqm. Completing the works is planned on the second half of 2013. Flats prepared for rent will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2014.
