The Heitman partnership signed three lease agreements concerning office area in WTT. The tenant was represented by the Savills company.

The international Savills consulting company was representing the Heitman partnership in signing of three lease contracts at the total amount of nearly 5500 sq. m of office space in Warsaw Trade Tower – the third highest office in the CEE region and one of the most cult elements of the Warsaw panorama. The lease agreement of 4200 sq. m was extended by the Avanssur partnership which is associated with AXA – one of the biggest insurance group in the world. Savills is the exclusive agent responsible for letting of space in the building.

 

MSD – one of the leaders in the pharmaceutical industry in the world – extended the office area by additional 519 sq. m. Therefore, the company is currently occupying 5800 sq. m. Connect – a new operator of the canteen offering varied and healthy meals – rented 700 sq. m in January 2015.

 

The signing of another lease contracts demonstrates a continuous popularity of Warsaw Trade Tower as a good location to run a business. The office is a headquarters of such prestigious brands as i.a. Altkom, Grupa Azoty, American Express, BP, Mattel and Dago. We are observing an increased interest in the building from the potential tenants who need an office orientated on people with an incomparable view of Warsaw – says Jarosław Pilch, associate in Department for Lessor Representation, Savills.

 

Warsaw Trade Tower, which is located at Chłodna 51 Street in the neighborhood of the crossroads at Towarowa Street and Solidarności Avenue, is the third highest office in the Central and Eastern Europe. The building has ca. 42 000 sq. m of office space class A located on 39 office floors. Moreover, the additional two technical floors are located above them. The tenants may also benefit from 300 parking places in the underground garage, 11 elevators with the speed of 7 meters per second and many other service points such as canteen, cafe, baker's, laundry, courier and bilingual kindergarten. The owner of the investment is the Warsaw Trade Tower 2 Sp. z o.o. partnership, whereas the manager – the Apollo-Rida Poland Sp. z o.o. partnership.
